AJ Fitness Terms and Conditions |

In order to make sure our commitment and service to our clients is the highest possible, we do have a few terms and conditions. Fees Simple, no joining fees and no membership fees in fact no other cost whatsoever, you just pay for the sessions that you’ll be attending. Casual session rates are payable at the start of every session and all per week prices are paid by direct debit using QuickPay. 100% Service Satisfaction Guarantee Unlike most gyms, with A.J. Fitness you are never locked into a contract. If ever you are not 100% happy with the service, commitment and complete professionalism of your trainer you will be entitled to receive a complete refund on all unused session fees. Cancellations To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment or you will be charged for that session. (NOTE: any exception to this policy will be made purely at the discretion of AJ Fitness). Similarly, if we do not contact you at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will receive one complimentary session. Rescheduling By providing the required notice a session may be rescheduled to any mutually convenient time at no extra charge. Casual sessions can be rescheduled to any time. Punctual Time Keeping Please be on time in order to make full use of the training session that has been planed for you. Each session is 45 minutes unless otherwise agreed upon. Injury Because your safety is our number one priority it is very important to keep your trainer informed of any potential problems including new injuries or medication changes prior to each session. It's also your responsibility to let your trainer know of any symptoms or discomfort during the session. With literally thousands of exercises to chose from you will not be asked to do anything with the potential to upset a pre-existing injury. Your trainer will always have a range of safe alternatives. |
